  • Users of Equifax Property services are required to be Equifax subscribers, and are subject to all Subscriber terms and conditions.
  • Equifax and Valocity have used reasonable endeavors to ensure the availability, accuracy and completeness of property information supplied, however, Equifax and Valocity do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the information provided.
  • Neither Equifax nor Valocity will be liable for any claims whatsoever or howsoever arising in relation to use of these services.
  • Use of Equifax Property reports should be for the intended business use only i.e. for due diligence purposes when assessing lending on property transactions.
  • On-selling, sub-licensing, disclosing or otherwise providing property information in any form to any other business, person or third party is not permitted.
  • Altering the format, meaning or substance of any property information supplied is prohibited.
  • Making copies of property information other than as are reasonably required for backup purposes is prohibited.
  • Any property information stored should be secured so as not to be accessed or used by unauthorised persons.
  • The property information provided is not to be used to encroach on the privacy of individuals or used for direct marketing
  • Valocity does not hold sales history records for properties prior to 1980.

iVal™ Terms & Conditions

  • The iVal™ report is an estimate of selling range and is the result of an analysis of comparable property data collated by Valocity Ltd and is based on the property being freehold.
  • While Valocity Ltd has used reasonable endeavors to ensure that the property statistics contained within the report are substantially complete and free of errors or defects, from time to time, errors may occur.
  • The iVal™ report is not intended or designed to replace a full current market valuation. 
  • Any map showing property boundaries of comparable sales is indicative only and may not be complete or accurate. Any map that is produced is not intended or designed to replace a Certificate of Title or land survey information. You can order these from Valocity.co.nz. While Valocity Ltd has used reasonable endeavors to ensure the availability, accuracy and completeness of the information contained in the map this is not guaranteed by Valocity Ltd.

iRisk™ Terms & Conditions

  • The property information contained within the iRisk™ report is not intended or designed to replace a Full Market Valuation.
  • The estimated value of the iRisk™ report is the result of an analysis of comparable property sales collated by Valocity Ltd and is based on the property being freehold.  
  • While Valocity Ltd has used reasonable endeavors to ensure the accuracy of the information, the accuracy of the data relied upon and the estimated value returned is not guaranteed by Valocity Ltd.  
  • Valocity Ltd warrants that it will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the property statistics contained within the report are substantially complete and free of error or defects, but acknowledge that from time to time, errors may occur.

iPortfolio™ Terms & Conditions

  • The iVal values contained in the iPortfolio Report are an estimate of a selling range and are the result of an analysis of comparable property data collated by Valocity Ltd and is based on the property being freehold.
  • While Valocity Ltd has used reasonable endeavours to ensure that the property statistics contained within the report are substantially complete and free of errors or defects, it is acknowledged that from time to time, errors may occur.
  • The iPortfolio Report is not intended or designed to replace a Full Current Market Valuation
  • A maximum of 20 properties can be included in an iPortfolio™ report
  • Use of the iPortfolio™ report should be for the intended business use only i.e. to compile a consolidated view of a customer’s property portfolio.
