Contact Centre Inventory
The CCSI can be used for selection and development of contact centre staff. Participants are presented with a number of scenarios they are likely to encounter in the Contact Centre environment.
The answers assist in predicting the performance level of that participant.
- Managers: those with a university background, more than two years of experience, more than two years management experience and less than two years executive experience;
- Executives: more than 2 years executive experience.
